$100 golf and dinner entry fee if received by Thursday July 1st, 2010
$110 late registration fee if received after entry deadline.

DINNER FOLLOWING PLAY AT SHADOW LAKES BANQUET ROOM
Additional “Dinner only” tickets available for $30 for anyone who wants to join the golfers.

Hacker’s Division:	Player’s Division:
For the less competitive golfers who play a few times a year; white tees; 4 mulligans per player for the round.	For the more competitive golfers who golf more often and play from the blue tees; only 2 mulligans per player…for tee shots only!
