Meet the Coaches!
Dariyan Riley
Born and raised in Buras, Dariyan Riley, known as Coach Cooda, began wrestling as a freshman in high school and quickly rose to success as a Louisiana State Runner-Up before winning a state championship at John Curtis Christian School. He later continued his career at St. Anthony’s High School in New York, where he became a Catholic State Champion and two-time All-American. Brantley McClendon
I have been living in Belle Chasse since 1978. I am a proud graduate of Belle Chasse High School c/o 1992 and was a 4-time state placer and also a 2-time team captain. I am the head coach at Belle Chasse High School and also director of Team Louisiana for LA/USA Wrestling. I am also the club manager for Delta Wrestling, and with the help of my wife and family, we have grown Delta Wrestling from a small club to a formidable force in the LA/USA wrestling community. We strive each and every day to help the wrestlers reach their potential both on and off the mat.

Born and raised on the Westbank, I began my wrestling journey at the age of 14. I am a proud alumnus of De La Salle High School, Class of 2017, where I helped lead the Cavaliers to back-to-back state championships. During my career, I earned the title of state champion, was a three-time state finalist, and a Louisiana Classic finalist. Today, my mission is to inspire athletes to develop a true passion for the sport while instilling a strong work ethic, building confidence, and creating a family oriented environment where everyone can grow together on and off the mat.
